About Jamia Millia Islamia University

Jamia Millia Islamia University is a central university located in New Delhi, India.

It was established in 1920 by nationalist leaders to provide quality education in India.

The university has a rich history and has played an important role in the Indian independence movement.

Today’s JMI university is one of the top ranking universities in India competing with JNU and DU.

About MA Political Science Programme

JMI University’s MA Political Science course is one of its popular humanities courses.

However, there are only 42 seats in the course.

The admission to the course is offered based on the entrance test results.

There was a confusion earlier, when Jamia declared that it will be offering admissions based on CUET PG score.

But later Jamia rectified that the CUET PG score will be accepted for only 5 PG courses.

The MA Political Science at Jamia is not one of these 5 courses.

Therefore, JMI University will be conducting its own MA Political Science entrance test.
