CUET PG 2022 MA Political Science Entrance registration started on 19th May 2022 for India’s top Central Universities including JNU, BHU etc.
NTA is the conducting body for CUET (previously known as CUCET). Earlier there were only 12 participating universities in the CUCET exam.
But this year, in 2022, India’s top central universities such as JNU, Hyderabad University, EFLU and others are participating in CUET PG and UG 2022.
That means, all admissions will be offered to candidates appearing and securing high scores in CUET PG and UG 2022 entrance exams.
Similarly, candidates preparing for MA Political Science Entrance have to appear for CUET PG 2022 to get admission in India’s top universities.
As per the NTA notification, all MA Political Science Entrance exams for participating universities will be conducted under PGQP42 (entrance exam code).
The PGQP42 also covers MA Public Administration, MA Politics, and MA International Relations and Area Studies. That means if you’re able to score well in PGQP42 you will be able to get admission in these master programmes as well.

Course: MA Politics with IR MA IR and Area Studies
Eligibility: Any Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern) with at least 50% marks (General Category). All OBC Non Creamy Layer candidates are eligible for 10% relaxation. The SC, ST and PwD candidates only need passing marks.
University: University of Hyderabad (UoH)
Course: MA Political Science
Eligibility: Social Sciences or Humanities Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks OR Any other Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks.
University: BHU (Banaras Hindu University)
Course: MA Political Science
Eligibility: B.A. Honours, B.A., B.Sc. Honours or B.Sc (10+2+3 pattern) with at least 50% marks, and political science must have been studied in all the three years at undergraduate level.

Following is the step by step method to apply for CUET JNU MA English:

Step 02: Click on the ‘Registration for CUET(PG) 2022’ |
Step 03: Click on ‘New Registration’ button |
Step 04: Complete your registration to generate Application no. and create a password |
Step 05: Start your application and fill in the details accurately |
Step 06: In ‘Apply for’ section select CUET PG and select PGQP42 in test paper |
Step 07: In ‘Subject Language and Universities’ select your choice of Universities |
Step 08: Fill in your education details and upload Photo and Signature in prescribed formats |
Step 09: Review your application before submitting |
Step 10: Finally pay your application fee to complete the process |
Step 11: Download your application copy for future use |
IMPORTANT: In the section, ‘Subject Language and Universities’ you can select multiple universities of your choice for MA Political Science admission.
