You can always apply next year. South Asian University is an international university therefore they conduct their entrance test separately and it is not expected to join CUET PG. It is worth waiting and applying next year at SAU as its MA IR course is most popular in India. Other than that you can appear for CUET PG HUQP18 to apply for MA IR courses at universities participating in CUET PG exams.
